Stability is the reason people cancel. Channel counts and library sizes get compared before purchase; buffering at 9pm on a Wednesday is what actually ends the subscription three weeks later.
We tested each service specifically during US peak hours — roughly 7pm to 11pm, when networks and IPTV servers are both under maximum load. Daytime performance is not included in these scores, because daytime performance does not distinguish anything.

Is it the service or is it you?
Before blaming a provider, check whether other streaming on the same connection also degrades at the same time. If a mainstream streaming service is also struggling at 9pm, the bottleneck is your connection or your neighbourhood, not the IPTV provider.
Try a wired connection if you are on Wi-Fi. A large share of what people experience as IPTV buffering is a Wi-Fi problem that only appears at higher bitrates.
Drop the stream from 4K to HD. If HD is rock solid and 4K stutters, you have a bandwidth ceiling rather than a service fault.
What stability claims are worth
Every service in this market advertises anti-freeze technology, premium servers or similar. None of those phrases describes anything measurable, and none of them predicted performance in our testing.
The only useful evidence is your own trial, run during your own peak hours, on your own hardware. That is a stronger signal than any marketing claim or any ranking on this page, including ours.

How do I know if buffering is my internet?
Check whether other streaming degrades at the same time, try a wired connection, and drop from 4K to HD. If HD is stable, the issue is bandwidth rather than the service.
Does anti-freeze technology actually do anything?
It is a marketing phrase rather than a defined feature, and it did not predict performance in our testing. Judge stability from your own trial instead.
